Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. Generally, services are billed monthly in advance. The first payment is due upon signing the service agreement.

6.3 Late Payment

Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 3% above the Bank of England base rate. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts more than 14 days overdue.

6.4 Refunds

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the terms of your specific service agreement. Generally, work already completed is non-refundable.

7. Contract Duration and Termination

7.1 Minimum Term

Most service packages require a minimum commitment period, typically 3 months, as specified in your service agreement.

7.2 Termination by Client

You may terminate services by providing 30 days' written notice. Early termination during the minimum commitment period may incur termination fees as specified in your service agreement.

7.3 Termination by Domivexa

We may terminate services immediately if:

  • You breach these Terms and Conditions or your service agreement
  • Payment is more than 30 days overdue
  • You engage in illegal activities or request services for illegal purposes

8. Intellectual Property

8.2 Client Materials

You retain ownership of all materials you provide to us. By providing materials, you grant us a license to use them for the purpose of delivering our services.

Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables we create for you. We retain the right to use work we create as part of our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Service Performance

While we strive to deliver excellent results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as search engine rankings, traffic increases, or sales conversions. Digital marketing results depend on many factors beyond our control.

10.2 Liability Cap

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
